Mr. President, You have done an outstanding and brilliant job in leading and defending our country with bold and solid "MORAL" leadership in our country's fight against terrorism.

Mr. President, you have put your "Presidency" on the line by taking on fraud and corruption in our economic system. IMHO your have done this in the face of maybe losing vast contributions and moral support from many different commercial sources within and without your party base. Mr. President, you have taken this courageous step because you know in your soul and in your heart of hearts, that God has called you to take this very courageous step because of your faith that you showed the world when you ran for president and stated very directly that you put Jesus first in your life and that he turned your life around. P.S. I sure hope I have that some what accurate, if not please forgive me. Maybe I should delete it now but that would not be fair to you to do that, even if I am a little wrong.

Mr. President, I only wish to call your attention to a few facts that you know so very well. Millions upon millions of God's people have already faced and will continue to face Federal Bankruptcy. Many millions have lost their jobs. Many millions upon millions have lost all their savings and have been wiped out as a result of MASSIVE FRAUD AND CORRUPTION in Corporate America.

Mr. President, I forgot to mention all the college students that have already been forced to file Bankruptcy in our community.

The Lutheran Magazine had an article on student debt. Yes, Mr. President, Corporate greed even reached into our very young college students; how will they face life, plus the student loans that they will owe are not dischargeable in any form of bankruptcy now.

Mr. President, debt in a family household is a devastating experience. I know first hand because I lost my youngest son six years ago because of my "STUPIDITY". As of this point in time, we still have no relationship and it hurts to the core of my soul that I lost his love and we have no relationship six years later--all because of my stupidity. I almost lost my second youngest son because he wanted both his mother and I to file federal bankruptcy and lose her home. I could not do that. Why should my wife lose her home that she purchased from her own estate? We have an older daughter and an older son and they have been very supportive. These are all my own credit card debts; see my story and it tells what happened to me. She has her own credit cards and has kept them in excellent condition, never missing a payment.

It is tough love that all families go through as a result of debt. Our children have helped us greatly buying all new appliances for us over the years and seeing that we have spending money to go out to lunch throughout the year. Our home is in desperate need of major repairs; rain comes through the roof in the family room. We use a bucket to catch the water. We live on SS and that's it. My wife had a garden business for 10 years from our home; she worked on her hands and knees to help make things work out. I was her Handy Andy helping her with her business. Maybe some day in the near future our worthless stocks may come back to life.

Mr. President, I know you are aware that millions upon millions more of God's people will suffer for years and years to come as a result of all of the above.

Mr. President, Why was it so important to bail out Brazil, we all know don't we, the "DOMINO THEORY".

Well Mr. President how about the 60,000,000 People of GOD, does the Domino Theory apply to them, please think long and hard about it.

Mr. President the 60,000,000 People of God in this country should have the same Compassion Conservatism.

Mr. President, I'm sure that your economic advisers have assured you that the THE KONDRATIEFF WAVE can never repeat itself, even though it has been well document by the wave to have happen three times in our history.

Mr. President could the late 1990's be a repeat of the late 1920's.

Mr. President I'm sure that you are aware of The Year of Jubilee, Leviticus 25 vs. 8-10, The Living Bible.

Mr. President, I'm sure that you are aware of vs. 35-37: "If your brother becomes poor, you are responsible to help him; invite him to live with you as a guest in your home. Fear your God and let your brother live with you; and don't charge him interest on the money you lend him. Remember--no interest; and give him what he needs, at your cost: Don't try to make a profit!"

Mr. President, when you put your full faith and power and prestige behind your tax cut bill as stated by Mr. Andy Gard on CNN to help the 60,000,000 million people of God in credit card debt up to an average of $10,000.00, which was truly a lot of humane help for the people of God.

Mr. President, what did the banks and credit card companies do. Since then they "RAISED INTEREST RATES" on their cards to cover their losses for bad judgment in passing out the credit cards in the first place. So, Mr. President, that's what they did to your "CONSERVATIVE COMPASSION", for the 60,000,000 million people of God that you were so right in helping. They came behind and stole the money back from the people of God. They created more corporate greed by those companies who should be forced into FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY.

Mr. President, how many years has the current Federal Bankruptcy law been on the books and has served this nation so very well. The only reason that the banks and credit card companies want it changed is so that they can squeeze more blood out of every Child of God. Mr. President, please read an article in the July 2001 issue of Consumer Reports. The title is "Pushed Off the Financial Cliff".

Mr. President, why should any Child of God be forced to get a pass from any Consumer Credit Card Consulting Agency, "which are funded by the Banks and Credit Card Companies" so that the DEBTOR may file Federal Bankruptcy; this is not a fair arms length transaction that would then allow that person to file Federal Bankruptcy.

Mr. President, the Federal judges of our bankruptcy courts have handled this ever since the law was created many years ago.

Mr. President, do you see how extremely unfair this is. IMHO it is just like the old days of DEBTOR PRISON. However, now it will be DEBTOR PRISION TO THE BANKS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.

Mr. President, look at what they did with your tax cut to help the people of God; they raised their interest rates to take in more for themselves to cover their stupidly making the bad loan in the first place.

Mr. President, the following appeared in our local paper.

In our local paper on February, 2002, one credit card company raised its rates from 23.9% to 29.9%, a 6% increase in the interest rate. The credit card company has an ailing loan portfolio of about "$5 BILLION" in outstanding loans nationwide. The company said the 29.9% rate will apply to "3.3 million" of the 18.5 million account holders on its books as of Sept. 30, 2002.

IMHO no one can survive that kind of interest rate on their credit card debts.

IMHO millions of them will be forced into Federal Bankruptcy.

Mr. President, for the sake of 60,000,000 People of God in this country, please do not let them change the bankruptcy laws to save the Banks and Credit Card Companies' their loan portfolios, at the expense of the People of God. What is the human cost and total count for all the children and family members that also suffer from credit card debt, maybe 120,000,000 HUMAN LIVES?

Mr. President, I know that you will give this CREDIT CARD DEBT CANCER your most sincere and heart felt sympathy and compassion to the 120,000,000 Americans who suffer under this form of debt as I do.

Mr. President, I know that as our leader and a child of God you will give this matter maybe your first "VETO PEN" if you ever get to read this humble petition that has been put before you.

Mr. President, in order to get something before you, it is like performing a "MIRACLE" so I will e-mail this to you, but I am also going to mail it to you "TWELVE TIMES", because in my mind that will represent the "TWELVE DECIPLES". And with a little luck and a miracle, maybe 12 different people will open the mail in your office and one of the TWELVE will see the importance to get this before you, before you hear it in the news or from any of the 535 Members of Congress that I am e-mailing it to also.

Mr. President, may God be with you as you stand tall for freedom in our fight with terrorism.

Mr. President, I'm sure some of your very sound advisers will tell you that you must pass the new Federal Bankruptcy law because you must raise new cash to rerun for President in 2004. Mr. President, God will protect you and see you through if you put his 120,000,000 million people of God before your reelection.

Mr. President, some of your advisers will say the old law is flawed and lets a few get away from paying their debts when they have the means to do so. Why then wasn't the law changed many years ago; the reason it wasn't is because we never had the massive credit cards that have been issued since the early 1980s. So, Mr. President, IMHO that is a flawed excuse to protect those banks and credit card companies that have put this "NATIONAL CREDIT CARD DEBT CANCER UPON THE 60,000,000 MILLION PEOPLE OF GOD."

Mr. President, please hold onto your high moral ground. God will be with you all the way to the end of your Presidency.

Mr. President, may I close with the following:

P.S. Mr. President, The only other letter I have ever written to a President was to Gerald R. Ford telling him that I felt that he did the right thing.

On that Sunday when he finished Holy Communion, he made the right decision to pardon Richard M Nixon. Yes, it cost him the Presidency, but he is a free man because he did what God asked him to do. What doth a man profit if he gains the whole World but loses his Soul.

Yes he did reply to my letter, and it is in the family collection of things I have done right.

Mr. President, this web site is dedicated to the People of God and may they find peace with God as they walk through DEBTORS PRISON---If the new law is passed.
